We look at how these seven practices are to shape us moving forward – that it’s not that we have now “nailed this”, but that, like the Apostle Paul says in Philippians 3, we “press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me”. Our lives going forward are to continue to be shaped and recalibrated by the wonder of who Jesus is and what he has done for us, and that’s an invitation that we are called to receive again each and every day.

This prayer, given at the dedication of Israel's temple, gives incredible comfort that whatever is going on around us. God is still at work, and His plan and purpose to fill the earth with His goodness and grace is continuing to be worked out in and through us because of what Jesus has achieved through His life, death and resurrection.

Together we explore what it means to pray for God's blessing and how it's an invitation to receive again all that he has for us.
