Dave & Susie conclude our series, "For Better or Worse" by looking at a major key for successful marriage. Jesus actually sets the example for us through His life of submission. Not a very popular word when it comes to marriage. But when both people are committed to mutual submission, the result is magnificent and makes marriage incredibly fulfilling.

Guest speakers, Scott & Jeanne Fine continue our series on marriage and what can make relationships strong - our differences. But being human, we inevitably step on toes and hurt some feelings. So how do we bring out the best each other and grow individually?

According to Helen Rowland, marriage is like twirling a baton, turning handsprings or eating with chopsticks. It looks easy until you try it. I think she may be right. Statistics don't lie. When asked what their personal religious affiliation is, more and more people in America are checking the box..."None." We are kicking off a new series called "Are You Kidding Me?" This is the sentiment many feel when asked to consider God, faith and specifically Christianity. Surveys reveal one major reason people feel this way is because faith in God seems Irrelevant. Apparently people didn't feel that way when Jesus walked the earth as they flocked to Him. Jesus' whole message while He was on earth was proclaiming Good News! And now His call is for everyone who has received that Good News to share it with others. The church is called the body of Christ. We are to be the physical representation of the very life of Jesus. Not a tough calling at all! One of the hardest things to figure out is how Jesus was never "of the world" and yet he was called a "friend of sinners" who lived in the ways of the world. That's where we're going in this message.
