The pack has a brief few days of rest before they get a phone call that puts them on edge and forces them to investigate.

Alice invites herself to the pack's apartment and discusses her agenda in less than useful ways, but she does lay down some ground work for the pack.

Skip enters the Chruch of the CLeansing Flame, and encounters a friend of the Pack who seems oddly immune to the truth seek Fire-Touched and is forced ona date with this "friend". Bruce knows something he shouldn't...
