The show is about Mental Fitness Skills Training with athletes and coaches. How athletes and coaches develop and maintain a winning mindset. We will be speaking with professional athletes, coaches, Doctors of sport psychology plus business owners who themselves deal with mental toughness. The mental techniques that a Peak Performance Life Coach introduces are in the area of goal setting, motivation, confidence, relaxation, focus-concentration, team cohesion and communication.

    Charlie 'The Spaniard' Brenneman is a professional mixed martial arts fighter, speaker, mentor and author. He had a very successful high school wrestling career, then took his talents to Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. He achieved a top 12 finish at division 1 nationals and first team academic all-star. After university, he taught Spanish for three years before he went on to win Spike TV's Pros vs. Joes. Charlie decided to leave his job to pursue a masters degree and then began his professional fighting career as 'The Spaniard'. In 2011, he was ranked as high as 7th in the world. In 2015, he published his autobiography Driven: My Unlikely Journey from Classroom to Cage.
