Tips For Safety

Welcome to Episode 15. We are heading into the hottest months of the year. Can you spot the symptoms of Heat Exhaustion or Heat Stroke? Do you know what actions should be taken if they ocour? Segment One discusses just that. Segment two I talk about my new journey into fuel storage, and segment three we talk about kids and guns, PA Mom arrested in NJ, and my new Crossbreed Supertuck holster. 

This weeks show topics are electrical safety, storage sheds, and Second Amendment issues. Whether you working in your shop or on your computer the condition of your power strip our number of things you have plugged in could start a fire. We cover 10 electrical safety tips from NFPA. When you start storing food, water, and other essentials you need to consider where you are going to place all those supplies. We talk about using a shipping container as a storage shed. We close out the show with how to make sure you dont loose your gun rights and an explanation of what a militia is. 

This is national grilling safety month. We talked about grill safety in episode 10 so this episode we focus on food handeling, untensils, left overs to ensure a safe weekend. We will also talk about making beef jerky on the grill and close out with debating if LASERs should be put on your conceal carry piece and if so cover six tips to help you. 

In this episode we will discuss how drunk driving affects us individually and as a community, we will review an article in Backwoods Magazine, and discuss the recent Las Vegas shooting where two LEO and a CWP lost their lives. 

Episode 10: Fire, cooking safety,fire extinguishers,  burns, rocket stoves, hollow point ammunition are the topics for discussion in todays show.

TIPS for Safety Episode 8. Today's show we will discuss the ramification of bullying on your children. How to spot the symptoms if your child is a victim or witness. How to deal with it as a parent. In segement two bugging in vs bugging out is the question we will tackle. In our final segment is a discussion on ammunition. We will discuss caliber nomeclature, how to store ammo, +p and +p+ ammo. 

TIPS for Safety Episode 7 - In your journey for self reliance you may need to put in solar panels, a water catchment system, or build something. You will need a ladder. We give you 10 Safety Tips for ladders. Segment two we discuss our journey to self reliance. Segment 3 we cover malfunction drills you should be practicing!

Episode 6. 73 percent of Adults in the US have a social network account! This week we cover 10 Tips for safety while using your Social Networking account for adults and teenagers.  So you stored food and seeds for an emergency but all of a sudden have to evacuate and leave that behind. What do you do for food?  Listen for TIPS on foraging for food in the event you loose your food supplies. TIPS for Safety Podcast Show 3 hits the streets. In this show we discuss Heart Health to celebrate Heart Health Month. We cover ways to spot heart attacks, how to improve health.
