What is self leadership? Where does it show up in your life?   Where in your life have you avoided self leadership?   Where in your life are you thriving in it?   Celebrating some clients today who put down the stories and showed up for themselves. This is self leadership. Supportive Mindfulness Community on Facebook will be closing to make way for new things opening. Sometimes we have to close some doors to open to more. How would it feel if we played with the energy of less attachment to outcome? More in curiousity? Putting things out there that we desire and move forward on them without putting such parameters or pressure? Some things are coming down the pipeline that I am excited about and the need to close some windows feels good to me right now. Thank you to all who have been a part of that community. More will be opening soon.

Have you abandoned parts of yourself?   Don’t be too much. Don’t grieve so much. Don’t be too happy. Don’t show your body too much. Don’t celebrate too long. Don’t sit still too long. Don’t be so playful. Don’t be so serious. Don’t want too much. Don’t want more.   STOP   If you can’t be any of these things and more.   Who can you be? FREE.   You can be free.   To be the truth of who you are.   Because really… people will always judge you. They will criticize you no matter what you do.   No matter how you look. No matter what.   So… what’s the answer?   The only one that counts…   Personally, I reached the point in my life where if I am going to be judged… I want it to be as the most authentic truth of who I am.   Judge me on THAT.   Because at least then I know I lived free to be me. Because otherwise, what’s the point?   The judgement is happening anyways… or is it?   Are you really being judged, or are you judging yourself?   Because let’s face it, e

I have... and one came through for me big time this morning. It woke me up from my sleep and said "It's time! Woman!" I speak today about leaving behind perfectionism, following that creative thread and stop comparing yourself to others. I speak on how listening more and working with these barriers actually brings us closer to our truth, our light, and our path. What would happen if you approached it with more curiousity and more playfulness? What magic will unfold? Mine unfolded in a Mystery Offer which my newsletter peeps will get first dibs on releases this  evening at 10pm and then to social media. There will be a limited amount released.
