Joe Weise is a pretty happy guy. He lives with his family in a little cabin in Minnesota's North Woods and leads outdoor adventures with students year round. When he's not tromping around the woods, he's likely training for one of his 100 mile trail races. In this episode, Joe shares his insights on finding happiness and contentment in life, why he runs ultra marathons, and how getting stuck in a rut isn't inherently bad.
