  In today's episode, I share the outcome of a conversation from a mastermind group of which I belong. Belonging to a mastermind group can really help you grow as an entrepreneur. Our group met recently and the session was inspiring, humbling and demanding. Bye-bye comfort zone. During a discussion about recruiting or lack thereof, we debated the types of people and came up with four types. Which one are you? Are you a: Watcher Waiter Wisher Worker Be honest.

She wrapped up the event with a fantastic talk about how to make 2016 the season of return. Pastor Niki was phenomenal in breaking down the power of more. Many of us are always looking for more, wanting more, but do we really know what more is? As we mentioned in a previous podcast about Dr. Deidre Anderson's talk, she specifically said that many of us do not recognize the more, and it’s right in front of us.
