Rental Affairs & Coastal Municipalities Pre-Season Meeting happened last week where the Coastal Communities of Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, South Bethany, and Fenwick Island all came together with local beach towns, municipalities & officials to talk about how REALTORS® could collaborate with each other better.  Check out the episode for some on-site audio from the event. As of July 1st, SCAOR will no longer be covering the cost to replace a battery of a generation 2 or 3 lockbox, a fee of $75 will be assessed for each replacement by our locksmith.  Power Paddles will be available for purchase starting today at the scaor office for $100. Just a reminder, there'll be no SCAORCast next Monday in observance of Memorial Day Weekend.  Enjoy the holiday!
