In ministry, we're often so caught up in making sure the message of the gospel goes forth that we forget what it means to act like a real person, whether on social or in worship. Those who can come across as actual human beings in ministry will ultimately be most effective in reaching people for Christ. http://yourdigitalpastor.co

I pulled together some seemingly disparate thoughts on several issues or ideas and grouped them together under the umbrella of faithfulness. Because if we can master faithfulness, we can position ourselves for favor and elevation in God (Devotional: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).

And in the social media era, how we act in times like these is so much more important than ever before. If we look at how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Michigan State University Interim President John Engler have handled controversy, some very clear, easily applicable lessons will emerge.
