Scott & Paul's Rambling Podcast

We sat down with previous guest Shotgun Kieran Kelly ahead of his defence of the Scottish X Championship against old rival Leyton Buzzard for SWA. He talks the importance of this match with Leyton as well as being one half of the SWA tag team champions with Craig Anthony, what other titles he has his eye on and how it felt to take part in ICW's first ever King of Hawners tournament.

After some general chat about the Firefly fun house taking a dark turn & Undertaker vs Goldberg being announced for the next Saudi Arabia show the guys delve into their latest career retrospective. This time they look back at the long career of one of wrestling's best characters: Goldust. They talk his time as Dustin Rhodes to the early incarnation of the Goldust character and some of the strangest moments he's been involved. They also discuss if Goldust should've had a run as world champion and what his future will be following Double or Nothing.

This week the guys talk about a range of topics including wrestling tapes, firefly fun house, cake and a double Frasier review featuring differing opinions. Note* There may be some technical issues towards the end. Apologies 

After a few weeks off from reviewing Frasier the guys cover the final 3 episodes of season 2. They analyse the episodes themselves before discussing their thoughts on season 2 overall and how it compares to season 1. Before that they have a chat about TV shows and what they've been up to including Scott recounting a wedding he went to.

After some chat about their week and the Bray Wyatt fun-house segment the guys delve into another career retrospective. This time around they're looking at the career of Scotland's own Drew McIntyre/Galloway. From his days as the chosen one to 3MB to his release that led to him concurring the indies before making his return to WWE two years ago. They also talk about what they hope the future holds for Drew in WWE.

This was supposed to be a show about the Superstar Shake up and Scott going to NXT UK. We talk about that but most of the show is spent discussing Easter and their favourite types of confectionery. Then there's an argument about Pineapple on Pizza that threatens to tear the guys apart.

Probably our biggest episode so far in terms of talking content. Scott breaks down NXT Takeover New York and some big talking points from G1 Supercard and the Hall of Fame. They have a helpful guide through another entertaining episode of Frasier. To cap it off we break down the biggest show of the year WrestleMania 35, how it compares to recent Manias and talk about whether or not it lived up to the hype.  All that and so much more random topics in this near 3 hour episode.

With WrestleMania 35 so close the guys go in depth trying to predict the MANY matches on the card. As well as this they talk the major talking points from Raw & SmackDown as well as some older stuff talking about the latest additions to Paul's wrestling VHS collection. There is also the best Frasier review in a while. Note: This was recorded before NXT Takeover.

Things are all out of sort. Scott's sick. Paul had a job interview. They talk all about it as well as the sad finale to Still Game, the most recent developments in the WrestleMania card including Kofi vs Bryan, the now confirmed women's main event & Scott talks who he thinks will win at NXT Takeover New York. All rapped up with a well put together episode of Frasier.

After spending too long discussing Ted Bundy & Netflix documentaries Paul talks his excitement about Bill & Ted 3. After their weekly Frasier review they discuss the Best & Worst WrestleManias. They talk what makes a WrestleMania good from the stories to the set up to the moments that make it memorable. They also talk which WrestleManias they think are underrated .

A packed episode this week with the fall out of Fastlane & another double Frasier covering two good episodes this time. Then the guys spend an hour recapping the career of Roman Reigns looking at the main mistakes made with his push, how unfair some of the fan backlash was, when could he have turned heel & where will Roman go from here.

The guys friendship is tested as they go head to head to see who has the superior Frasier knowledge. Before that they talk nonsense about Friends & quickly rundown the main goings on in wrestling including who they think will win at Fastlane.

After rants on fashion and a shit awards set up as well as Scott's trip to Amsterdam the guys break down Elimination Chamber and what the results could mean for WrestleMania.

Note: This was supposed to go out before Scott's trip to Amsterdam The guys chat all sorts in the world of wrestling from ICW's last show before the Square Go to the potential triple threat main event of Wrestlemania to Bayley's booking on the main roster. Also a highly entertaining episode of Frasier

A huge episode as the guys breakdown Takeover and the Royal Rumble as well as all the news about people potentially leaving WWE. Its topped off by a double Frasier review and some weird jokes about Christmas.

The guys go through a lot of names to find out who in the history wrestling deserves to be known as the biggest dick in Wrestling. Purely based on their real life actions. This is followed by a quick rundown of the Rumble and takeover cards as well as who they think will win.

This week after Scott recounts a particularly stressful week he recaps his trip to Blackpool for NXT UK Takeover. They also talk about changes to the Rumble card and look ahead to what they'd like to see in 2019 in wrestling. There's also a heartfelt Frasier episode.

Scott is joined by the first ever Source Wrestling Champion Alexander Darwin MacAllan. Alexander talks what it means to be the first Source champion, how he feels about Kieran Kelly, his future goals and dream opponents.

The guys get together for the first time in 2019 to talk all about their Christmas & New Year. They also catch up on what's been going on in wrestling and the episodes of Frasier they've missed. Note: This was recorded before the Leyton Buzzard interview.
