How to Become A Better Children’s Book Artist We want to go over some questions that Will has been emailed about that all revolve around the general topic of: How to become a better children’s book artist. As a children’s book artist, do you have to speak and if so to what capacity? Will got this email from a student who got a literary agent last summer and who was wondering if publishers require illustrators to do school visits and publishing conferences. Essentially they are afraid of speaking and were wondering: As an illustrator, do you have to speak?
