The One Where Things Get Weird

Mentions: Yoga with Adriene Some Good News Rebecca C's Tzatziki Recipe: 1 7”-9” cucumber, cut in half lengthwise 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (NOT fat free) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 T white vinegar Chopped mint and dill, to taste Remove seeds from cucumber and grate on a box grater. Place on a clean, absorbent kitchen towel and sprinkle liberally with salt. Let sit for a few minutes, then squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Place minced garlic into vinegar, letting sit for 10 minutes or so. In a bowl, combine drained cucumbers and Greek yogurt. Strain vinegar into the mixture, discarding the garlic solids. Mix together with herbs, if desired. Let sit in fridge for an hour to let
