The Walt Disney Company has made some major changes within the past week.  And even with this Thanksgiving Holiday weekend we couldn't not talk about this massive news. What is it you ask?  Well....  One Bob has been fired and replaced with another Bob.  We're sure you can guess the rest.  Question is how will this change things at the Walt Disney World Resort.  Find out on DW:60 this week!

This week on the show we'll talk about Disney's decision to increase the price of Annual Passes and 1-Day, 1-Park tickets and how it might impact your decision on taking a Walt Disney World vacation.  Also Disney Cruise Line has announced the acquisition of a partially completed ship that will bring the magic of a Disney Cruise Line vacation to new global destinations starting in 2025.  

Things to do around the Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season in 2022 continue to open up as now families are able to meet with Santa Claus over at Disney Springs using the virtual queue system on the My Disney Experience App along with Gingerbread displays taking shape around the resorts.  Also there has been a systems update making it easier to cancel dining reservations up to 2 hours prior to you dining time.  Plus more updates from around the Walt Disney World Resort.

As we get closer to 2023, Disney has started releasing information about the upcoming Epcot International Festival of the Arts returning on January 13, 2023! And already there's seems to be plenty of fun things to do!  Also Disney has announced that extended evening hours have returned for Deluxe Resorts at Walt Disney World, food offerings for the Thanksgiving holiday, the reopening of Blizzard Beach, holiday sleigh rides, and the upcoming schedule for the return of Fantasmic at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

With the holiday season fast approaching at the Walt Disney World Resort, opportunities to experience Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are starting to disappear as available dates start to sell out.  Also this week on the show we'll talk about upcoming runDisney events, more dining options opening up, and a rumor that the Play Pavilion at Epcot announced at the 2019 D23 Expo has been canceled by Disney Executives.

Disney continues to raise the prices of various things around the Walt Disney World Resort, and guests are struggling to keep up.  We'll talk about some of these increases and if the value of your dollar spent is worth the experience Disney is providing at their parks.
