Scott Carter of the Detroit Zoo talks with JJ & JoAnne about their newest baby chimp, Baby Zane. Zane's mother had medical issues and was unable to take care of the baby. Thankfully the staff at the Detroit Zoo stepped up and took 24/7 care of Zane. Eventually, the other chimps in the Great Apes of Harambee exhibit took to the baby, especially 50-year-old Trixie. Trixie welcomed the baby into her family and they couldn't be happier!
