It’s been an interesting week in Kings land. Richaun Holmes is back but not without some initial controversy. Speaking of controversy - the longest trade in NBA history should be executed Friday. Thoughts on Davion Mitchell and the draft overall. Who will pick up the scoring if Buddy is traded? What do the Kings do with there 2nd 2-way contract? Struggles of Ramsey and Woodard. Could Buddy be back? 

Jill and Damien are back and they’re joined by draft expert Bryant West of the Kings Herald and pro scout Drake U’u. Free agency and trade serve as a backdrop to the draft discussion. Ben Simmons, Nerleans Noel, and the status of Richaun Holmes are discussed in depth and what Monte has to do to pull a rabbit out of his hat this offseason. If the Kings keep the number 9 pick and select with the idea he’ll be on the roster - what player would be a homerun? What player would make you excited? We discuss Moses Moody, Jalen Johnson, and Keon Johnson. 

Luke Walton will stay the Sacramento Kings head coach for another season. The fan base is divided as usual. Damien and Jill share their feelings on the move, what this means for Monte, and what it means for the future of the Kings. 

Kings have lost 7 in a row and the season has pretty much slipped completely away. Buddy missed his first game in 3+ years vs the Pelicans. Would the game have been different if he played? Why we don’t believe we’ll see the young guys anytime soon.Why the Kings will not be giving up on a playoff/play-in bid anytime soon. The Kings have gotten worse defensively over the last 3 years.Much worse. Jill lays out why and how. How do you feel about the play in tournament? 

Kings winning streak comes to an end at 5 after the Spurs make some adjustments and the shots fail to fall. Kings fans are understandably nervous but theres plenty of reasons to be positive. All attention shifts to the Lakers on Friday.
