This week we do a little trivia with Sara and Marlene that spans 50 years of movies! Can you guess the movie from 10, 25, or 50 years ago just by the description? And do you agree or disagree that movies were so much better "back then...?" Suffolk County is a hotbed for Alpha-gal Syndrome, an allergic reaction to meat caused by a bite from a Lone Star Tick. Sara is here to chat about the latest updates on the allergy. Sara has some interesting facts for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, and Nicole discusses this past Tuesday's National Fentanyl Awareness Day.

Did you ever wonder if there was a proper way to breathe? It's something you probably don't think about, but Nicole has tips on how we all should be breathing based on one of her favorite podcasters. Sara loves eggs and wants to share information from a Harvard study on the bad rap eggs get, plus some great recipes and a book you can take out from the library. Listen with headphones to get the full "us breathing in your ear" effect. Or maybe not.
