Today, we step into an alternate universe and explore a world where all our no-brainer, shoe-in, can't lose bets actually do lose! We spend all offseason assuming and speaking as if we without a doubt can bank on certain things happening in the upcoming NFL season -- like Tampa Bay, KC, Buffalo, Green Bay, and the Rams all being Super Bowl contenders. Well, what if they aren't? What if one if just flat-out bad? We examine this along with five other scenarios that we think can't miss -- but what if they do???!!

It's time to preview the NFC East. Am I too high on the Eagles? What's their ceiling after a very positive draft and offseason that included bolstering their defense and giving Jalen Hurts a huge weapon in AJ Brown? Dallas has the pieces on paper, but can they get the bad taste of last season's finale out of their mouths? Enter Brian Daboll and the Giants immediately have expectations. Should we pump the brakes on how good the G-Men might be? And of course, Washington landed on Carson Wentz as their starting QB. What could possibly go wrong?!

We preview the NFC West division today. With all the weapons in L.A., how do the Rams not win this division? Can the 49ers realistically expect Trey Lance to reach an MVP-level? Seattle faces year 1 without Russell Wilson; and the Arizona Cardinals try to fight off their late-season failures from the past few seasons. Plus, players to watch and early predictions.

Today we look at the NFC North division. The Vikings will enjoy a new head coach and a new offense, but will it be enough to get back to the playoffs? Can the Packers re-work the offense minus Devante Adams? And what's the ceiling for the Green Bay defense in 2022? There's legit hope in Detroit, as Dan Campbell enters year two with the Lions. And the Bears, well, there's some fun betting angles to entertain.

Today, we preview the vaunted, the heralded, the division that hosts quarterbacks like Marcus Mariota, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold!! It's none other than the NFC South! What's the ceiling for Tampa Bay's regular season win total? How low is too low for the Falcons' win total? Lots of reasons to be cautiously optimistic in New Orleans. And then the Quarterback Battle to end all quarterback battles -- Baker versus Sam in Carolina. 

There's so much firepower in the AFC West so it's really difficult to project winners and losers and how the division will ultimately shake out. But Brian asks the biggest questions he has about the division, looks at potential betting angles where there might be some value, and gives very early predictions.

It's time to preview the AFC South. Indy's the Vegas favorite with yet another QB under center. Will this year end differently for Frank Reich and Company? Everyone thinks Tennessee will take a step back. The Jaguars replace Uncle Urb with Dougie Ice Cream. Could this be just what Trevor Lawrence needs in his sophomore campaign? Plus, the Texans overachieved last season -- should we expect more of the same this year?

Today we preview the AFC East. Yes, it's clearly the Bills division to lose, but what else can and should we expect from Josh Allen & Co.? Plus, no one believes in Mac Jones -- let's discuss. Is Tua going to be better with a new playcaller at head coach and some flashy weapons? As for the Jets, let's have some fun.

The Eagles and Ravens masterfully move around the Round 1 board to come away with 2 impact players each; the Giants sit and pick at 5 and 7 and come away with, perhaps, the two best players at their respective positions; and the Green Bay Packers say "Who needs WRs when we can have two Georgia defenders!" Then, we turn to some franchises that left us scratching our heads -- the Cardinals, the Texans, the Jets, and the Steelers. Lastly, we give some love to the Lions, Chargers, Bengals, and Titans.
