How do trains drink? They chug. Hop on the West Shore train with us this week as we talk about West Shore Brewing, a relatively new brewery in Clarence, NY! This brewery was suggested to us by a survey participant, and it did NOT disappoint! Our research this week took us into the Rare Books Room of the Central Library (how fancy!) Since we weren't able to drink West Shore Beers during our recording, we chose something else that seemed to fit the bill. Well...we're not sure how to say this lightly, but we're releasing this episode on a day where a lot of people celebrate a certain plant. (I guess that's a good way to put it lightly.)
