Sinopse
I think business and entrepreneurship is probably one of the hardest things anyone can ever sign up for and this isnt trying to put a negative spin on it, because I also think that it can be one of the most rewarding things anyone can do.Not a lot gets spoken about about what it takes to create a level of success no matter how big or small. Its easy to talk about the good stuff' or the wins. I think the failures, the hardship, the work, the bleeding, the battles, the rejection, the late nights, the broke times is the interesting part of being an Entrepreneur. That fascinates me!Any business or successful entrepreneur has always, no matter who they are or what they do, has had to endure the above in some way shape or form, and put in a level of #Graft. I also think that being an entrepreneur is a mindset and a spirit, and you can be one as an employee, however this doesnt get mentioned a lot.I think that as we move into 2018 more and more people will be venture out in to Business and away from corporate culture. I think this is a good thing, and I think as time goes on more and more people, especially millennials will want to become entrepreneurs. However I think the level of 'Graft' can be underestimated.Ive found that with the rise of social media and the way we interact, there seems to a lot of stuff posted about success and people buy in to instant gratification without realising it takes a lot of work to get there. If you speak to anyone who is successful even if they are employed, no matter what industry or sector, or at any level they will always have this crazy story about how they started, and no doubt some tough moments they have endured to get to where they are. This is interesting, this is real, this is noble and what I think is inspiring!I myself have also been on a journey of being in business, being employed and now embarking on it all over again. So I want to share these stories, put out some real honest content and share a message that I think matters and you the listener can find valuable

Grafters 000 - Welcome to Grafters
20/12/2017 Duração: 05minThis podcast is about delivering a message to the listener and is mainly focussed around Business and Entrepreneurship. Business and entrepreneurship is probably, by far the most hardest thing anyone can ever sign up for, but it can also be the most rewarding. However, in order to gain a slight bit of momentum or success, the level of Work Commitment and Graft is not to be underestimated. The journey to 'success', whatever success means to the individual, will always have its ups and downs, normally the most rewarding things are on the path of most resistance. In todays society and with the rise of social media, we constantly faced with the 'wins' the 'glitz' the 'glamor' which is posted in our faces, but what has it taken to get that? The aim of this podcast is to expose that, as this is what is valuable, this is whats honest and this is what people need to see and buy in to. There is too much 'get rich quick' posted about, and it seems that its easy to fool people in to believing that success can be made e
