Grab your coffee and listen in. Were Ian & Ivy, two college students in Boulder, Colorado, entering a brand-new phase of our lives with plenty of lessons learned and so much more to discover. Youth and young adults, listen in every Friday for the Gen-Z view on current events!COFFEE TALK WITH IAN & IVY sets out to become the community for our peers to discuss pressing issues, trending topics, and more as we all navigate a tricky thing called life.We take on headlines of their choosing, commenting on and discussing their implications on our world around us. We alternate Ian's & Ivy's respective Corners, where we each bring in a topic of interest unique to ourselves. Ian, as a Strategic Communication major, focuses a lot on pop culture, technology, and how media intersects it all. Ivy, a Molecular, Cellular, & Developmental Biology major, delves into how ideas of health, its industry, and subsequent culture play a huge role in our society today. Oh, and we both like anime and books.Usually we end the episode with a poignant question to discuss, one we would like to poise to you, the listener.
