Can't freaking believe we're nine full episodes and one secret episode in. That's crazy how time fly, right? Here in 009 I dive straight into this year's magnificent LOGAN, and why I cried during viewing the film in the theater. I touch on Marvel's Iron Fist, what worked about it and what didn't, as well as some of the other movies my wife and I watched earlier this week, including Beauty and the Beast, Kong: Skull Island, and The Shack. 008 is ferocious as Justin quickly shares his recent revelations about the upcoming superhero flicks Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Thor 3, and just how awful the bottom-tier X-Men films were. Justin is back with one of two big projects. He spews an electric torrent of monologue concerning the upcoming live-action cyberpunk Ghost in the Shell film starring Scarlett Johanssen--based off the cyberpunk anime--and his thoughts on the Nintendo Switch utilizing VR technology. Tired and quite hungry, Justin plunges head-first--first thing in the early morning--to relieve his stressed shoulders of some heavier thoughts as an podcast maniac and entrepreneur. He makes a mission of reminding the audience what action needs to be taken in order to continue thriving as a successful self-starter, simultaneously reminding himself of the trials undergone even in entrepreneurial infancy. On the entertainment front, Justin revisits one of his all-time favorite children's movies, All Dogs Go To Heaven (the inspiration for this episode's title). Watching it again as an adult, he makes the case that it is, in fact, a horror film.

On Super Bowl Sunday 2017 no less, Justin obliviously dives into just about any subject that has nothing to do with American football as he reflects on the death of the founder of video-gaming powerhouse Namco's Masaya Nakamura, who passed on January 22, and his legacy, as well as that of Pac-Man's creator, Toru Iwatani. In 003, Justin takes a step out into the American darkness and distracts himself with a guilty pleasure of his---the Fast & Furious films. He takes some time to defend the reasons why he enjoys them, extracts some interesting observations the franchise teaches about manhood, and speaks his thoughts on the upcoming eighth film of the Paul Walker/Vin Diesel-led action series, The Fate of the Furious--the second Fast film that will not include the late Walker. He also speaks his thoughts about VR's resurgence into mainstream home console video gaming, and why he's more keen to support Nintendo's left-field endeavors instead of Microsoft or Sony's usual bag of living room goodies.
