At 5:30 AM, on a Saturday morning in late 1997, tonight’s guest, Paul Truslow, was lying in bed when he heard his dogs going crazy in his backyard. At the time, he was living in Rocklin, California, not far from Sacramento. His property backed up to a game preserve that served as a gateway to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Wondering what his dogs were so stirred up about, he got out of bed and looked out a window, in one of his back bedrooms. When he looked out the window, he noticed that a black form was lying about 40 yards behind his back fence, in the huge field behind his neighborhood. At first, he thought it was just a black bear, but black bears don’t do what the creature he was looking at did next. Tonight’s guest, Gordon Dodds, has been fascinated by the Sasquatch phenomenon ever since 1967, when the Patterson/Gimlin Film was released. Little did he know that, years later, he’d be so immersed in the subject. You see, Gordon lives in Hampshire, England but a lot of what he knows about Sasquatch, he learned from Dr. Matthew Johnson, here in the U.S. This knowledge wasn’t strictly imparted on him via telephone either. He actually travelled to the U.S. to spend time, in the field, with Dr. Johnson. A lot of what you’re going to hear, on tonight’s show, varies from the opinions most enthusiasts have about Sasquatch, but who’s right and who’s wrong? There are a lot of credible eyewitnesses who say that they’ve witnessed Sasquatch do things that defy explanation. Tonight’s guest, Corey, had his Bigfoot sighting about 10 days ago, in Central Wisconsin. It was between 5 and 6 PM and he was driving down Highway C when all of a sudden, he saw a Sasquatch cross the highway up ahead. Corey has done field investigations before, looking for Dogman evidence, so it should come as no surprise that he stopped his truck, where he saw the Sasquatch cross the highway, and got out to look for tracks. When he failed to find any prints on the side of the highway, he decided to walk a short distance into the woods, following the path he saw the Sasquatch take. That was a decision he came to regret, almost immediately! Tonight’s guest, Jonathan, has been hunting since he was 11 years old. He’s a sexagenarian now, so he’s been hunting a long time. When you consider the experience he had, it’s surprising he was willing to set foot in any woods after experiencing what he did. You see, one day during deer hunting season, when he was 19, his Uncle Bill put Jon in a tree stand that looked over a meadow. Jon had been sitting in the stand for an hour to an hour and a half, watching two does that were grazing on grass, in the meadow, when his sighting occurred. After the Sasquatch had left, Jon stayed in his stand for about 10 minutes before climbing down and walking fast about a mile back to the hunting camp. Needless to say, walking back to camp wasn’t easy for him. He was scared and understandably so. Things didn’t play out the way he expected them to after he did make it back and was able to tell his uncle Bill about what he witnessed, however. On November 17th, of 2020, tonight’s guest, John Reiners, was driving to his cabin, in Rough River Lake, Kentucky when he had his Bigfoot sighting. His cabin is 56 miles from the house where he and his wife live. John had found out that he had tested positive for COVID, so he planned to quarantine himself for 7 days at the cabin. It was after dark before John had gotten close to the cabin and when he had gotten to roughly 7 miles of the cabin, he noticed some eyeshine on the side of the right side of the road. Moments later, after getting closer, he saw that it was a big buck. As he approached the buck, surprisingly, it didn’t pay John any attention. That didn’t make any sense, at all, to John. That is, until he saw what the buck was focusing its attention on, on the right side of the road! What happened next moved John, so much, he decided to write a book about Sasquatch ambulating in a very unusual way. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him explain what happened. Tonight’s guest, Fred, had his first Bigfoot sighting in 1989, in Blairsville, Georgia, while he was hunting with a family member. His sighting turned into a double sighting because, at first, he only saw a humongous male Sasquatch. Not long after that, a much smaller female made her presence known to Fred and his family member. It was an experience that really lit a fire under Fred and caused him to become almost obsessed with learning all he could about Sasquatch. Little did he know, that was just his first of many Sasquatch experiences that were yet to come. Tonight’s guest, Jessica Jones, is a Bigfoot and paranormal researcher, based out of Georgia, who had her first Sasquatch-related experience in 2011. You see, after her interest in them had been piqued by a trip to a Bigfoot presentation, with her mother, she became interested in finding out all that she could about them. At the presentation she attended, with her mother, she spoke with several of the researchers who gave presentations about Sasquatch. After seeing how interested Jessica was in learning, what she could, about Sasquatch, the researchers invited her on an upcoming expedition. Of course, Jessica had high hopes for what would happen, when she went into the field with them, but she got more excitement than she expected. You’d think, if she was going to have a Sasquatch sighting, she would have had her sighting in British Columbia. That’s not where she had it, though. She had it in Nova Scotia, in July of 2018, while she was on her way to work. What’s even more ironic about her sighting is, two weeks before she had her sighting, she wondered to herself if she would ever see a Bigfoot before she died. Tonight’s guest, Tom Danley, is a farmer who lives in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Tom had his first Sasquatch sighting in 1983, when he was 12. His sighting/encounter happened near Emporium, Pennsylvania, while he was on a fishing trip with his grandfather. Tom wasn’t the only one who had a sighting that day, however. Tonight’s guest, Dan Dennis, lives in Indiana on a 10 acre property that he bought 10 years ago. His property butts up against to a major forest. For the first 7 years Dan and his wife lived on their property, they didn’t know that his property had other residents that lived on or near it for a good part of the year. About 3 years ago, Dan came to realize that a family of Sasquatch called the 5-acre area of woods on his property and the huge forest around it home. Since he came to that realization, Dan has been interacting with them on a regular basis. As time has gone by, they’ve seemingly become more and more comfortable being around him. Tonight’s guest, Joe Morris, lives in Alaska and has had two Sasquatch sightings there. Joe had his first sighting while he was working at a remote lodge. He had taken a break from work and was driving to the toe of the Root Glacier, at the time. He had a friend with him. Their plan was to just hang out there and relax, after arriving. On the way there, though, the two of them saw something neither of them had ever seen before. They saw a Sasquatch with features that were very human. As unusual as that experience was, that wasn’t going to be the last time Joe would see a Sasquatch. In 2022, Joe was walking down a trail that was very close to where he had his first encounter when he saw another one. This one looked quite a bit different than the first one, though. Whereas the first one was fairly close to being the size of a man, this one was around 12 feet tall, and Joe estimates his weight to have been between 2,500 to 3,000 pounds. This one was massive! Tonight’s guest, Al Santariga has was featured on Episodes 25 and 156 and on those shows, he shared the details of the multiple Sasquatch sightings and encounters he’s had, over the years. Well, not long ago, he had another sighting and that’s what he’s back to talk about. Linda Sigman and her adopted son, Chris Parsons, live in Parkersburg, West Virginia in prime Sasquatch habitat. They live on the side of a mountain, surrounded miles of forest. One of Linda’s favorite pastimes is going for walks, deep into the woods, with her faithful companion, Phoebe. Phoebe is a feist dog that’s quick to let Linda know if any large animals come near, while they’re on their walks. Sometimes, you don’t have to go into the woods looking wildlife, however. Sometimes, what lives in the forest comes to you. That fact was reinforced one night when Sasquatch laid siege to Linda’s home. Tonight’s guest, Mary, had her first Sasquatch sighting when she was only 4 years old, growing up in Portland, Oregon. She didn’t just see one of them either. It was fall and she was playing on a two-story fort at the time, 3 doors down from where she lived. Before she knew it, she had a group of Sasquatch, of various ages, around her. One of them even grabbed her, by her shoulders, and screamed in her face! There were several details from that experience that were missing from her memory until she consulted a hypnotherapist. After the consultation, she recalled several other things that happened during that encounter. That’s not the only sighting she’s had, however. Tonight’s guest, Raven Hawk, is a Native American shaman, who has been practicing shamanism her whole life. You’d think that a shaman would believe in Sasquatch, but that didn’t used to be the case with Raven. She didn’t believe they were out there. That is, until she moved into a rustic cabin, in the foothills of the mountains of Idaho. Her disbelief in the existence of Sasquatch was more a function of comfort for her than anything. That’s because the idea that she might run into one when she was outside, late at night, terrified her. Years later, after she had been living there, the Sasquatch in the area made their presence known. At first, she started seeing juveniles. Later, she came to know a male Sasquatch that she came to call “Tahaji.” When she first saw Tahaji, he was small, as far as Sasquatch go.
