Episode 56 - Part 2 like I said, will bring the balance. In this episode I talk about friends who utilize their friends as their therapist. I explain why they should not keep bringing the same foolishness to friends every time something goes wrong. Definitely don't bring your relationship woes to a friend after years of the same issue. This is Episode 55 and by far this was the hardest episode to do. I recorded time and time again never to be truly satisfied so I went with the most genuine one. At moments it's harsh, but the point is it's real. The title could be many different things but I am stuck on this one. "Tired is a process". I was taught that people don't leave problems until they are tired. I have a lot to cover so there's a part 2. So to be continued..

Episode 54 is all about the woes of being the bigger person and where that gets you. Often times we are always taking the high road with people apparently "off-roading" with our feelings. When do you change up the way you deal with those people? Do something you want to do for a change! Say No! Speak your mind!

Episode 53 - Happy New Year! 2018 is here and ready to get started, Are you ready to embrace what the year has in store for you? Notice I said embrace, no matter the outcome, you have a duty to make the most of it. On today's episode I pick on all the " New Year Grinch's" hating on people's Resolutions to change, I talk about " The Great Pretender" and where I am placing my energy in 2018.

Episode 52 is Here and it's a Podcast New Year for me. I can't really put my finger on it but something feels really good about this episode. I am just being me and talking my talk, and having a good time. Dare I say it felt easy!! Cheers to Ease, and things just getting a little easier with a year of experience.

I usually wish to stay under 90 mins when I have a guest depending on the guest and conversation topic.
