Episode 85 Consistency is the key I misplaced! I talk about my week and my birthday. Life is changing for the better and I kind of just play catch with my most recent events!! It's a late night chat of sorts!!

Episode 84 I am not this episode! However, I support this episode! On This episode I attempt tackle my belief about positivity being more like honesty. I also discuss the doubt that i've experienced when it's time to distance myself from something or someone negative. Due to my issues with being excluded it's hard to close the door on people. So when I get to the point where I'm done. Just know that I really tried. I have a goal of a certain amount of episodes so prepare to see me more often. I promise to keep it short & sweet.

Episode 83 On this episode instead of wondering if I am making a difference or if anyone is getting something from what I do. I decided to announce " You're welcome" with faith that I am reaching and helping people. Honestly it was just on my heart to say "You're Welcome".
