    14/07/2021 Duração: 37min

Hey beloved listeners, it is time for one of my slightly rambly solo episodes full of feelings and reflections! This time I am sharing some thoughts about navigating the pandemic with its touch starvation, loneliness, endless space to think and wild dreams as a survivor. There is nothing particularly graphic in here, fyi. I talk about my experience in hospital, reengaging with the world, what I am wishing for in our future, what beautiful aspects I want to hold on to , accessibility and how I came to a more empowered place of reframing some experiences I've had. Some of this is really positive and hopeful, some of it is challenging, all of it is complex I guess.  Enjoy! Hey sweet listeners, thank you so much for your kind feedback on my past few solo episodes. I always thought interviews are where it's at, but this year I have actually really enjoyed listening to people ramble by themselves, so I thought I would do more of that too. In this episode I'm talking about how I am thinking of this time as a really long pyjama party by myself with lots of YA books, crafting, teenage feelings and Dawson's Creek, but also a healthy dose of adult cynicism. There are also some thoughts on what I actually want to invite back into my life when the pandemic is over and how I prepare to gently socially re-emerge when it's time.  Here is more info about the creative space sessions I mentioned: https://www.yarrowmagdalena.com/weekly-creative-space-sessions/ As always thank you for listening
