In episode 8 we have our freelancers Xmas party, complete with rubbish cracker jokes!   Paul gets very excited over his new top light and Steve goes back to studying as he starts a Resolve 11 course.   The decision whether to shoot LOG and grade later versus creating a finished look in camera is becoming an increasingly difficult choice. With this in mind we set up a camera test with the FS7, C300, F5, F55 and AS7. In episode 5 Steve and Paul relive their trip to Ansterdam and IBC.  Paul and Sony made up over a capuccino and discussed all things 4K4F5 along with a hands on session with the star of the show, the new FS7. There was some confusion over exactly what a DIT is (answers on a postcard), although there was consensus that they are becoming more and more valuable.
