Hosts Bar Tenenbaum and Ashley Jefferson are joined by Edward Altman, a Professor Emeritus of Finance at Stern, who invented the Altman-Z-Score model for bankruptcy prediction in the 1960s. A key component of both the model’s success and Altman’s career is the ability to pivot – whether it comes in the form of adjustments to his financial model, building expertise around fintech, or supporting Stern students as their interests and career paths shift, Altman has a lot to teach us about resilience and adaptability in an ever-changing financial world. - Hosts: Bar Tenenbaum, Ashley Jefferson Guest: Professor Edward Altman Produced by: Bar Tenenbaum Edited by: Bar Tenenbaum Music by: Jesse Han - Connect with us on Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn! @SternChats
