In addition to numerous collaborations with international artists he is busy with producing remixes (for Röyksopp & Hot Chip...), running his label FLASH Recordings and has successfully completed his BA studies at the London College of Music. He also writes articles about music production in magazines like “FutureMusic” and runs his own highly successful loops & sample label “Riemann Kollektion”. 2012 Florian released his debut Album WAVES and in 2013 he produced an expansion pack for Native Instruments MASCHINE. Just now he released Flash 100, a compilation to celebrate the 100th release on his Flash imprint. Known for his rough, straight Techno sets with a touch of dub, the DJ and Producer is a driving force for all things Techno in the city of Heidelberg, where he established his event series „Auf und Davon“, wich hosts a broad range of quality acts like Sandrien, RØDHÅD and Shifted. A welcome guest at venues like Loft Club Ludwigshafen, Magdalena Berlin or Le Malibv Paris, Philipp strives to spread his vision of Techno throughout Europe. His productions on the other side, released on labels like Reloading Records, Wall Music and Hell Beat Limited got played by the likes of Drumcell. Tim Xavier’s passion for music has kept him on the forefront of techno since his first innovative releases on Blueline & Contaminated in Chicago over a decade ago. His career began in Houston in the late 90s, and then on to Chicago, Brooklyn and now Berlin, where he has resided since 2007. He is a veteran to the industry; and his dark, edgy production style has remained uncompromised through the ever-changing genres of techno and house.
