Branon is back! It was a rough 2020, and hard to believe it's now 2021. Some are in the fire of pressure and have been knocked down and lost hope. Some have gone into quarantine, some like myself, have been isolated. But despite the flames around us, there is the opportunity to see purpose. Choosing a volunteer leader is a major ministry decision that can determine your team's trajectory for years to come. But when you don't have a definitive and biblical process in place (in the beginning and duration of your ministry), people will run you into the ground which will cost your ministry: spiritually, musically and emotionally. 

Don't dwell on your weakness, everybody else is doing that for you. If you want to start accomplishing your ministry goals you need to understand that your personal DNA, a.k.a your “spiritual walk,” is what you trade from in your music and ministry life.

If you're only 99% happy, it's because the other 1% has broke you. Many leaders in the church always hope for things to be better without doing the hard work of change. When it comes to that 1% that stands in their way: people, opinions, weak boundaries and lack of purpose, they stop because the work gets too hard. Learn to stop stopping yourself by changing your mindset to Christ-mindedness, so you may live life and ministry in the full 100%. @BranonDempsey
