A library's circulation desk is where people check out books and return their books. But staff at the circulation are busy doing so much more. Our guest today is Cindy.

Shelving is probably the heartbeat of the library. Without the people who take pride in putting all of those books in the right place on all of those shelves, we wouldn't be able to find any of those books, audio books, music CDs or DVDs.
