    Greg Ellis is currently the head football coach at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. Ellis is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where he starred as a three-time First-Team All-ACC and was selected 8th overall in the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. Ellis played eleven seasons with the Cowboys from 1998-2008 and then finished up his final season in 2009 with the Oakland Raiders. In 2007, he had 12 5 sacks, was selected to the NFC Pro Bowl roster and was named NFL Comeback Player of the Year. He is third on the Cowboys all-time sack leader list.   • LPGA Tour Pro Ally Ewing on Jesus, golf, fellowship and identity

    Ally Ewing is a professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. She played college golf at Mississippi State University where she won five events including the Mississippi State Amateur twice and the North and South Women's Amateur. She played on the winning U.S. teams in the 2013 Spirit International Amateur Golf Championship and the 2014 Curtis Cup. In October 2020, Ewing won won her first LPGA victory, winning the LPGA Drive On Championship. In May 2021, she won the Bank of Hope LPGA Match-Play at Shadow Creek Golf Course in North Las Vegas, Nevada.     Malik Reed is a professional football player with the Denver Broncos. After playing his college football at Nevada, Reed signed as an undrafted free agent with Denver and immediately made an impact, making the team and contributing two sacks in 15 games played. In 2020, he took a leap and started 13 of 16 games and contributing a team-leading eight sacks. In October 2021, Reed registered his fourth career multi-sack game and tallied three solo tackles, two quarterback takedowns, one forced fumble and one pass defensed vs. Washington becoming just the third Bronco to accumulate at least two sacks, one forced fumble and one pass defensed in the same game.     Grace Lyons is a shortstop for the Oklahoma Sooners softball team. She has helped her team win back-to-back national championships in 2021 and 2022. This past season, she hit .401 with 23 home runs and 70 RBI. Her steady play at shortstop only saw her make six errors the entire season and she was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year. Lyons was also recently named to the 2022 U.S. Women's National Team (WNT) roster for the Japan All-Star Series, USA Softball that took place in early August. Today on the podcast, we talk to Grace Lyons about winning a second national championship, the spiritual growth she's had in her college career and why her desire is to live a life serving Jesus Christ in obedience.     Paul Allen has been the voice of the Minnesota Vikings Radio Network since 2002. He also hosts a daily show "Allen's Page" on KFAN radio in Minneapolis and is the voice at Canterbury Park horse racing each summer. He's called more than 40,000 horse races and over 400 Minnesota Vikings games. Allen came to faith in Christ at age 52 in June of 2019 and is also now the host of the "Faith and Goal Podcast" intersecting sports and faith. Today on the show, we talk to Paul Allen about his role as a broadcaster, his desire to study the Bible and why at age 52, he decided to surrender his life to Jesus.     Shane Beamer is the head football coach at South Carolina. He just finished his first season with the Gamecocks in 2021 and went 7-6 and won the Duke's Mayo Bowl 38-21 over North Carolina. Beamer is the son of former Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer and played football for his father in the late 1990's as a wide receiver and long snapper. Following in the footsteps of his dad, Beamer was a grad assistant and assistant coach for 20 years with Tennessee, South Carolina Virginia Tech, Georgia and Oklahoma before getting his first head coaching job in December 2020 with South Carolina.   • Former MLB pitcher Brandon Puffer on baseball, prison and restoration

    Brandon Puffer was a former professional baseball pitcher. He was selected in the 27th round of the 1994 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins. After stints with the Angels, Reds and Rockies, Puffer signed with the Astros and made his MLB debut on April 17, 2002. He also had stints with the Red Sox, Padres and Giants.  In 2008, Puffer's baseball career ended when he was arrested for burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit a felony. Puffer was found guilty in 2009 and sentenced to five years in prison.   • Dallas Cowboys chaplain Jonathan Evans on football, marriage and family

    Jonathan Evans is the team chaplain for the Dallas Cowboys and an accomplished speaker, teacher and author. He currently serves on the pastoral staff at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship with his father, Dr. Tony Evans. His sister, Priscilla Shirer, is a speaker, author and actor, and his brother, Anthony, is a singer and worship leader. Jonathan played college football at Baylor, was an undrafted free agent in 2005, and spent time in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys under head coach Bill Parcells. After football was over, Evans got his master’s degree in Christian leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. His latest book, "Your Time is Now Devotional" was released in 2022. Today on the podcast, Evans joins Jade McCarthy sharing stories of parenting, his pro football journey, becoming the Cowboys chaplain and finding balance in his busy life.     Ty Summers is a linebacker with the Packers. He was selected in the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft by Green Bay (226th overall) and has found himself as a core special teams player in the NFL.  In college at TCU, Summers received second team All-Big 12 honors in 2016 and honorable mention All-Big 12 honors in 2017 and 2018. He was selected as the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week and Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week after finishing with a career-high 23 tackles (seven solo) in a 28-21 double-overtime victory vs. Baylor on November 27, 2017. He was named one of the TCU Fellowship of Christian Athletes Bob Lilly Athletes of the Year award recipients for the 2017-18 academic year.     Josh Manson is a defenseman Colorado Avalanche. He was a member of the 2021-22 Stanley Cup champion Avalanche team that beat Tampa in six games. Manson was a key contributor for the team, including scoring a goal in Game 2 and setting up the eventual game winning goal in the Game 6 clincher. On July 13, Manson agreed to a new four-year contract to return to Colorado. Josh’s father, Dave Manson, was a first-round pick and played in the NHL from 1986-2002.     Matt Stinchcomb is currently a college football analyst for the SEC Network and ESPN. Prior to his broadcasting journey, Stinchcomb was a professional football player. He was selected 18th overall in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Raiders. He would play four seasons in Oakland and then two with Tampa Bay before injuries ended his playing career at the age of 29.  In college, Stinchcomb was a standout offensive lineman at the University of Georgia, where he was named First-team All-American in back-to-back seasons in 1997 and 1998. In 2018, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.   • USA Paralympian Jamie Whitmore on overcoming cancer, motherhood and Jesus

    Jamie Whitmore is a two-time Paralympian (2020, 2016) as a road cyclist and track cyclist. In 2016 at the Rio Paralymics, she won a gold medal (road race) and silver (track pursuit). She also competed in 2021 at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics where she placed 7th in road race and 8th in individual pursuit. As a World Championship participant, Whitmore has taken home 20 medals including 11 gold medals (2013, 2015, 2017). She was inducted into the XTERRA Hall of Fame in 2012 and won the ESPY Award for Best Female Athletes with a Disability in 2014. In 2008, Jamie overcame a cancer battle and became a mom to twin boys. Today on the podcast, we talk to Jamie Whitmore about her faith, the trials she's had to overcome, competing in the Paralympics, the gratitude she has and the importance of Jesus as her Lord.
