Noel catches up with Ronny Cox. The acclaimed actor got his big break playing Drew Ballinger in Deliverance. We talk his iconic dueling banjos scene and the brilliance of Ned Beatty. Ronny plays an evil suit to perfection in both Robocop and Total Recall. The actor also played the Captain of the Enterprise in the memorable two-part episode "Chain of Command" on Star Trek: The Next Generation. He tells me what Patrick Stewart hated on set. What you may not know about Ronny is that he is an accomplished singer-songwriter, having released multiple albums. And yes, we discuss Cop Rock.

Noel catches up with Christopher Hall, lead singer of Stabbing Westward. The band just released, Dead and Gone, their first new music in 19 years. Christopher talks about why they decided on going the EP route instead of releasing a full album, how long the process took and doing everything on our own without the backing of a big label. Stabbing Westward's hits included "Save Yourself" and "What do I have to do"?

Noel catches up with Greg Kihn, whose band had massive hits in the '80s with "Jeopardy" and "The Breakup Song." The Greg Kihn Band recently released "Rekihndled", their first album in 21 years. Greg was quite busy during that stretch, as he was a disc jockey and a novelist. Greg shares some amazing stories.

Noel catches up with voice actor, Doug Stone. Doug is probably best known as the voice of Matt Trakker on the 80's cartoon, M.A.S.K. Doug also provides the voices as other characters included Sato and Hondo. Doug talks about getting started in the business. There are talks regarding a live-action M.A.S.K. movie, Doug talks about whether he is involved in the project.

Noel catches up with David Sterry, front man of the band Real Life. The Australian band had a massive worldwide hit with "Send Me An Angel". In fact, the song charted twice, first in 1983, and the remixed version surpassed the original in the States in 1989. Real Life is a greatly underrated band that has a ton of great songs beyond Angel. We discuss them and if new music is on the way.

Noel catches up with John Ondrasik, better known as Five for Fighting. John talks about why he decided on going with a band name. Five for Fighting is known for their hits, "100 Years" and "Superman", but we go a little deeper into John's catalog. Of course, we talk hockey, as well as sports heartbreaks and role models.

Noel catches up with James Atkin, the frontman of the band, EMF. The British band had one of the biggest hits of the 90's with "Unbelievable". EMF released three albums in the 90's. James just released his latest solo album, Popcorn Storm. James is a rocker by night, but find out what his day job is now.

Noel catches up with Tom Keifer, the former lead singer of Cinderella (Don't Know What You Got, Nobody's Fool). Tom's latest album, Rise, has been getting rave reviews since its release. Tom talks about whether his process of making an album has changed since his Cinderella days.

Noel catches up with Limahl, who is enjoying a bit of a resurgence thanks to Stranger Things, American Horror Story and Black Mirror. Limahl talks about how The NeverEnding Story came about, his chance meeting with Duran Duran's Nick Rhodes and his influences. The former Kajagoogoo lead singer talks about his firing from the band. Limahl's latest single, London for Christmas, comes out this Friday.

Noel catches up with singer, songwriter, musician and music video director Kevin Godley. Kevin began his career as the drummer for 10cc. In 1976, Kevin and Lol Creme left the band to form Godley and Creme. The duo released seven studio albums. Their legacy, however, might be directing music videos, from the like of Duran Duran, The Police and Wang Chung to their own ground-breaking video, Cry. When the duo split, Kevin continue to direct music videos by Bryan Adams, U2 and Paul McCartney

Noel catches up with Michael McGlone. Someone who can really do it all. Accomplished actor, having starred in The Brothers McMullen, She's the One and One Tough Cop. He is currently developing a new TV series called Kenny The Gun. You can see Kenny in action now on Michael's YouTube channel. Michael is a very talented musician, having released multiple albums. Perhaps Michael is best known from his campaign on the Geico commercials.

Noel catches up with Tiffany, the 80's teen legend, who is out with her latest album, Pieces of Me. Tiffany talks about her influences for the album. Remember the mall tours? Tiffany talks about how they got started. Tiffany voiced Judy Jetson in the Jetson movie and had a cameo in a Robin Sparkles video on How I Met Your Mother. How can we forgot co-starring with Debbie Gibson in Mega Python vs. Gatoroid.

Noel catches up with Howard Jones, who had massive hits in the 80's like "No One Is To Blame" and "Things Can Only Get Better." He released his first full-length album, Transform, in almost ten years earlier this year. Howard talks about the inspiration behind the album. Howard performed at Live Aid and talks about the experience and why he chose to perform "Live and Seek." The critics were not too kind to Howard in the beginning. He give his thoughts on the matter. He also answers the question of "What is Love?"

Noel catches up with actor Mark Harelik. The versatile actor can currently be seen on AMC's Preacher playing the lord almighty, and himself. He discusses. Mark has had guest starring roles on Seinfeld, Cheers, Boy Meets World, The Big Bang Theory and Star Trek: Voyager. He has a great way of describing his career. On the silver screen, Mark has had memorable roles in Election, Jurassic Park III and 42.

I catch up with Tasmin Archer. Her single, "Sleeping Satellite," went to number one throughout Europe in 1992, including her native England. The single peaked at 32 in America. Tasmin talks about being a one-hit wonder in the States. Tasmin won the Brit Award for British Breakthrough Act in 1993. She went on to release two other albums. Her last, "On" in 2006. She tells if she is planning on releasing any new music.

I catch up with Josie Cotton, best known for her song, "Johnny, Are You Queer?" We talk about the controversy surrounding the song when it came out and if the song could have been released today. Josie talks about her relationship with the song now. Her latest album, Everything is Oh Yeah, has had a very interesting journey, she explains.

I catch up with Michael Damian, the director/writer's latest movie, High Strung Free Dance comes out this Friday. Michael talks about working with his wife, Janeen. We discuss how he got interested in directing and if he ever wanted to direct soaps. Michael's legendary cover of David Essex's Rock on topped the charts in 1989. Michael played Danny Ramalotti on The Young and the Restless for nearly 20 years. He reveals the sports icon who once asked him for an autograph.
