The Buffalo band opened up for Van Halen back in 1980. Billy left Talas to join David Lee Roth's band in 1985. After leaving Roth's band, Billy formed Mr. Big, who had the smash hit, "To Be With You." The song was number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks in 1992.

Run-DMC received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016. Darryl just released his latest book, "Darryl's Dream."
