After 2 match days of Leagues Cup we're seeing some unexpected results. Tigres, Juarez, Mazatlan & Toluca clinging on to the top 4 spots. Chivas, America and Cruz Azul on the brink of elimination. Chivas looked good in preseason but their success didn't carry over to Jornada 2 of Liga MX. A tough loss to Leon. America lose 3-1 in the Campeon de Campeones final vs Toluca. The tide is starting to turn on Jardine after getting eliminated from the Champions Cup, losing the league title, failing to qualify to the club world cup and now this.
