A whole mess of awesome trailers have come out this week, including Suicide Squad, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Game of Thrones Season 6, and biggest of all Star Wars Rogue One! We delve deep into out thoughts for each. Also, we saw Midnight Special this week and have a full spoiler free review!

It's been over a week since the premiere of Batman v Superman, starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, and along with the harsh reviews, even memes and funny videos about how terrible it is have been flooding the internet. Kory and Nathan dig into the film and deduce for themselves whether it really deserves the bashing.

With Batman v. Superman approaching faster than a speeding bullet, Nathan and Kory take a step back and give Man of Steel a second chance. Is the film strong enough to be the foundation for the entire DC Cinematic Universe? Will Dawn of Justice be more of the same? Kory and Nathan also discuss the new trailers for Ben-Hur, The Legend of Tarzan, and X-Men: Apocalypse. Episode 1 of Season 2 of Daredevil gets a mention as well!

This past weekend we saw a film that has taken us film geeks by surprise, 10 Cloverfield Lane. Starring Jon Goodman, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and John Gallagher Jr., and set in a mysteriously-tied-Cloverfield-story-world, the film gave us plenty to talk about.

This week Nathan and Kory enter the world of Zootopia. Is it the best, and funniest, Disney animated film to date? Also the duo bash the trailer for the new Ghostbusters reboot and go gaga over the Game of Thrones Season 6 trailer. It's going to be a great fun ride!

This week Nathan and Kory discuss the 88th Annual Academy Awards. Did Leo deserve his first Oscar win? What were the biggest surprises (and upsets)? The duo also review Gods of Egypt, as well as the new Netflix series Fuller House!

This week on Filmveture, Kory and Nathan gathered the courage to go see Robert Eggers' new film The Witch, but question whether it was really that scary. Among a plethora of new trailers for Daredevil, Game of Thrones, Batman v Superman, and Star Wars Episode VIII, Kory and Nathan give a full review on the new Deadpool film. Toss is some live commentary on the Grammy Awards and you've got one fun episode of Filmventure on your hands.

Nathan and Kory discuss which movie stole the show during the Super Bowl commercial breaks. They also review Joel and Ethan Coen's new film Hail, Caesar, a love (and hate) letter to the Golden Age of Hollywood Cinema.

Once again joined by guest host Keaton Anderson, Kory and Nathan dig into the film The Big Short, featuring actors such as Christian Bale, Steve Carell, Brad Pitt, and Ryan Gosling. Kory and Nathan skipped the theater this week and watched David Villanueve film Sicario, starring Emily Blunt, Josh Brolin, and Benicio Del Toro. After our review we discuss Daniel Radcliffe's new Sundance film where he plays a flatulent corpse (you read right), and the future of the DC movie universe, with their recent release of films including Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Aquaman.

Nathan and Kory discuss the 2016 Oscar nominations and give their predictions on who/which film will win each category. They also react to the 10 Cloverfield Lane trailer (and Nathan watches Cloverfield for the first time).
