Ryan picks up where he left off on the last episode, further exploring the subject of adult birthdays, more specifically, the decision to remove his from Facebook. He then transitions into the idea of how growing up and getting older allows us to become comfortable about and in touch with our guilty pleasures (from pop music to rom coms and generic sitcoms), where we were unfortunately unable to as terrified teenagers.

Ryan opens the episode venting about tailgaters, and tailgaters, in a road rage segment that might become a recurring part of the podcast. He then speaks critically about adults who still celebrate their birthday. This rant subsequently forces him to realize he's guilty of similar things and creates a powerful moment of self-realization encapsulated by the saying "One finger pointed at you, three pointing back at me." Ryan explores the complicated nature of PC culture and the SJW (social justice warrior) mentality as it applies to art/daily life through an idea that came to him in a dream. He fondly remembers a constructive conversation about this subject that happened as a result of sleep talking and powerful medication, which in turn shed light on how hard everything must be for people who are legitimately stupid.

Ryan talks about how frustrating it is when someone insists on going somewhere with limited parking options. He also tells two stories of being taken advantage of by bad people on the road. One where a minor fender-bender became an insurance nightmare and the other where a dirty cop wrote him a bogus ticket. Fun fact: This episode takes its name from a tattoo one of Ryan's childhood friends had that loosely translates to "Trust No One" in Latin.

Ryan recounts a series of interesting discoveries on Yahoo News, Instagram and Facebook. He deconstructs the story of the Incognito Bandit, and questions the validity of this ridiculous moniker. He also talks about how he uses Instagram and a spam comment that might possibly be the greatest thing to ever happen online. And finally, he analyzes the manipulation of a prank video that fails to tell the whole story.

On the "first" episode Ryan talks about all of his failed attempts at completing and releasing not just this podcast, but a variety of different projects from short stories and novels to songs and albums over the course of his now two decades of creative work.
