Welcome to Desert Island Dishes, the weekly podcast where chef Margie Broadhead talks to a special guest about what inspired them to greatness and how they got to where they are today.Here you will find conversations with a whole range of different people discussing their 7 Desert Island Dishes where Margie will uncover the food people love to eat. He is the chief restaurant critic for the Evening Standard, a regular guest judge on the BBC One series MasterChef and was also one of the judges on Channel 4’s The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver. She currently has three cookbooks and makes the most delicious collection of sauces under her brand Saucy. These plant-based jars of saucery (yes) are made for dripping, drizzling and frankly smothering over EVERYTHING. There’s chilli, oil, chilli sambal, peanut salsa, and as smoked pesto.
