We celebrate one of the most important weeks in the calendar year, Shark Week, by testing our skills against the titular character (That's right, we ain't calling him Bruce) of the seminal man versus nature tale. Jaws is a 1975  film directed by Steven Spielberg and based on Peter Benchley's 1974 novel of the same name. From the Archives! We give a little background to The Donner Party. The Donner Party (sometimes called the Donner-Reed Party) was a group of American pioneers who set out for California in a wagon train in May 1846. Delayed by a series of mishaps and mistakes, they spent the winter snowbound in the Sierra Nevada. The group became infamous for resorting to cannibalism in order to survive , but there's a lot more to their story than that. It is a post-apocalyptic tale of a father and son, and a journey they undertake in the years after an unspecified cataclysm has destroyed most of civilization.
