Tonight I will be talking about the documentary called "Frustrated" with  Producer Al Greeze. This is a very hot topic right now in the US and I want to know more about what's really going on?  Al Greeze decided to produce Frustrated after reading a September 2006 Essence Magazine article (Blame it On Rio) written by Professor William Jelani Cobb, which stated that African men were travelling to Brazil for sex vacations with Brazilian prostitutes and the adulation of the Brazilian women. Greeze wanted to either confirm or deny and reveal the answers from the men themselves and find out if it is for love and companionship or just sex. Tonight we are talking about those who do us wrong or hurt us and some how seem unable or refuse to acknowledge their wrong. This may seem to be  a simple question  but some people really struggle with it..... Do we need to acknowledge our wrong to each other and apologise?  Hm...it's so easy when you know you have been wronged to demand an apology, but what about when the shoe is on the other foot.? Can you sincerely apologise for your wrong? Why do some of us find it so easy to use our words to destroy others? They say the tongue is mightier than the sword or is that the pen...lol, lol.  My mother use to say a soft answer turnest away rath but grievious words will get you a beating lol.  They say the lack of marriages could be attributed to our inability to be kind  to our partners. Tonight we are talking about Alpha Males and Alpha Females. Hm... How do these types relate to each other? Why do we need this definition of Men or Women? What's going on with the Alpha's? Is there room for both on our planet? In social animals, the alpha is the individual in the community with the highest rank. Male or female individuals or both can be alphas, depending on their species. Where one male and one female fulfill this role, they are referred to as the alpha pair. Other animals in the same social group may exhibit deference or other symbolic signs of respect particular to their species towards the alpha or alphas. In hierarchal social animals, alphas usually gain preferential access to food and other desirable items or activities, though the extent of this social effect varies widely by species. I am absolutely delighted to share a conversation with Angie Greaves today. Angie started her media career in 1982 as a BBC Administrator at Television Centre.
