The list of subjects includes Delta Airlines, the good ol’ days, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Jesse Diggins. In their second segment, Chad and Rochelle discuss skyrocketing property taxes and interest rates. Chad calls for a slowing and/or nominal increases in government spending.

Matthew Coller from Purple Insider joins Chad Hartman each and every Friday. Chad opens their conversation with a question about who Matthew thinks will be named starting QB ahead of the Vikings game against the Seahawks. They run through some scenarios that would impact the choice which also includes JJ McCarthy’s poor play as of late. They chat about finding franchise quarterbacks in unexpected places and Max Brosmer’s Brock Purdy potential. In their second segment, Matthew and Chad explore the possibility of the Vikings moving on from JJ McCarthy. Matthew thinks he will be on the team but without the assumption that he is the long term solution. He expects a competition at the position and a ton of pressure on the organization to find their answer. They also talk about what Sam Darnold has been up to in Seattle and if he is the one that got away.

They begin their conversation today discussing a tweet from President Trump from earlier today that included a slur used to describe people with intellectual disabilities. Sheletta notes that President Trump’s degradation knows many favorites. They discuss the impact of the “r word” and the evolution (or lack thereof) of Trump’s rhetoric. The Chairman Patrick Reusse from the Star Tribune opens the show with tales of his holiday from the nation’s capitol. They discuss Patrick’s annual Turkey of the Year award winners which include Coach Cheryl Reeve (Minnesota Lynx) and Coach Kevin O’Connell (Minnesota Vikings) and the man/the myth/the number… JJ McCarthy. In their second segment, Chad and Patrick talk about the magnitude of a turn around it would be for JJ McCarthy to go where he is now to serviceable dare we say “star level”. Patrick chats about his upcoming knee replacement and how interesting it is covering a bad team (it's as good as it is when they’re winning).

We had some fun this Wednesday beginning with recapping the snow storm, Rena and Major joined Chad for some Thanksgiving fun and other topics! Susie Jones shares her Thanksgiving game planning as well as we ease in to the holiday weekend!

Final hour of today's show - we check the latest on the tragedy in Washington D.C. then jump into it with Jim Peterson of Fan Duel Sports Network on the current problems the Timberwolves face and their Wednesday matchup against the best team in the NBA - the Oklahoma City Thunder, the need for Julius Randle and Anthony Edwards to step up, players only meetings and more! Then we share what we are thankful for - right and wrong answers only!

As the end of today's show nears - Chad, Josh and Jason share what they are thankful for and NOT thankful for this holiday season and we share some of your best wrong and right answers of thankfulness as well!

Yeah they have not beaten above .500 teams all season but that could all change with a players only meeting being held ahead of their match up against Oklahoma City, the need for guys like ANT and Julius Randle needing to step up and not being able to close games late!

We begin this hour with CBS Chief Washington Correspondent Major Garrett on the latest between Pete Hagseth and Mark Kelly, the dismissal of the Fulton County case with Donald Trump and Thanksgiving fun as well! Then we bring in Susie Jones to have some Thanksgiving fun as well from when to eat, what to eat and when it needs to be done!

As we prepare and rev up for Thanksgiving - we discuss some of the must have and even the foods we do not need at the table. Then we dove into the overall gameplan when it comes to the Thanksgiving schedule and when it is time to shut the party down!

We talked to the star of the Morning News (for Wednesday at least) Rena Sarigianopoulos about her early rising work at WCCO Radio and of course KARE 11 as well - and also shared experiences of the Wednesday before Thanksgiving traditions and DJ shares with them the cancelling of school ahead of Tuesday night's "snowstorm"
