Sarah reviews 2 new albums this week. The first is Red Pill Blues from Maroon 5, their 6 album since Songs About Jane debuted in 2002. This album shows their continued evolution as a group, giving a more electronic sound than previous albums. She then talks about The Thrill of it All by Sam Smith. This is his 2nd album and it does not disappoint, giving listeners the things they've come to love about Sam Smith's voice and music.

Sarah reviews and discusses Kelly Clarkson's new album, The Meaning of Life. This is Clarkson's 8th stuidio album and her first with Atlantic Records. She takes a more soulful approach with with this album, describing it as influenced by Aretha Franklin but with modern influences. She also discusses some news from the world of music and previews upcoming tour dates. Finally, Sarah talks about some of the music that has influenced her over the years and how music is rooted, for her, in nostalgia and memory.
