The first season of Spider-Man (2017) comes to a close with an episode that proves once and for all that Harry Osborn was the real main character all along, and we dive deep into how his story accurately portrays gaslighting. We also discuss how the show has changed since its debut (and why it may have to do with a departing showrunner), the missteps with Miles and Uncle Ben, another great “If This Be My Destiny” homage, and how this finale echoes The Spectacular Spider-Man.

Happy National Power Rangers Day! Eric, A.P. and Zach are awoken with a 11pm Pacific / 1am Central / 2am Eastern misfired tweet from Hasbro Plus announcing Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, the THIRD SEASON of Dino Fury with all of the cast returning.

The Sinister Six fully debuts, featuring its newest member… Spider-Man?! The first season finale of Spider-Man (2017) begins with wall-to-wall action and great animation, a neat reinvention of Steel Spider, and a surprisingly heroic entrance for Harry Osborn as Hobgoblin.

Eric, A.P. and Zach are BACK after an almost three month hiatus. Eric's a dad now, deal with it. We catch up and talk about ALL of the news including BOOM! Studios comics, Hasbro's Selfie series and plastic-free packaging, and news from San Diego Comic Con and C2E2.

Teen superheroes in robot mechs shoot lasers at spider-monsters! Anya continues to kick ass! Miles finally gets to do something! Peter and Harry have an even bigger falling out! The Spider-Island arc concludes with a whammy of an episode (and we conclude that this arc needed more Max Modell.)

The beginning of this epic five-parter gives us not one, but two new Spider-folks! Spider-Gwen makes her unexpected arrival alongside the mysterious Stealth Spider, and they all have to contend with Harry Osborn’s flame sword, loads of technobabble, and a climax that weirdly foreshadows No Way Home.

The Doc Ock saga concludes with, surprisingly, the biggest Osborn-centric episode so far – with major progression in Harry and Peter’s degrading friendship, the Norman/Jackal war coming to a head, the formation a Sinister…uh…Five, and oh yeah I guess Otto is kinda there too?

Despite the title, this is an episode very confusingly not about Otto. But if you can get past that, it’s a fun Spider-Man/villain team-up as Peter’s visit to Oz Academy turns into an all-out war between Norman Osborn’s commandos and Jackal’s army of Rhinos!
