We’re talking with three time National Walleye Trail Angler of the Year, Robert Blosser on this edition of the Off Shore Tackle podcast. The veteran Wisconsin angler describes what it takes to win that prestigious title and why there’s no substitute for time spent on the water. We kick off this edition of the Off Shore Tackle podcast talking with Nick Deshano.  Nick is the guy in charge at Off Shore these days and he has some interesting thoughts on how the company brings new products to the market. Nick also has an update on the new OR 38 Awesome Crappie boards. Then, Lake Michigan salmon charter captain Dave James of Fish Hunter Charters joins host Mike Avery.  Dave fishes out of the northwest Michigan port of Frankfort. James says the salmon fishing is just starting to pick up there and they’re seeing some big kings.    

We start out talking about tournament fishing on Lake Erie with Ryan Wall. Ryan fished in the recent Cabelas National Team Championship and finished 28th out of 251 teams. He was 5th after day one and credits the new Off Shore Tattle Flags with his success in that event. Then, we head to Wisconsin and talk panfish with Troy Peterson of Mr. Bluegill Charters. Troy uses Off Shore Mini Boards to troll tube baits for big crappies and bluegills in shallow water.

We’re headed to the ice of Devils Lake North Dakota on this edition of the Off Shore Tackle Podcast as we talk with tournament angler and fishing guide Korey Sprengel.
