Airbase Music is a music production company run by Jezper Souml;derlund, mostly known as the DJ and trance music producer Airbase. Jezper was born the 27th of august 1980 as Jezper Joakim Souml;derlund, son of a swedish father and finnish mother. He showed no real interest in music until 1987 when he first heard the rock song R.O.C.K. by Sha-boom, a norwegian band. He has been an active DJ since 1996 and a professional music producer since 2001. Four days into the new millenium Jezper moved from the swedish west coast city Gothenburg to the east coast city Stockholm, capital of Sweden, for a new job. With his first pay check he bought himself a brand new synth, a Yamaha CS2x. Behind Magic Sound Fabric is Cameron Akhunaton, music composer, graphic artist, and owner of Spiralight Recordings and Ambient.us. His electronic musical journey began with multi-track recording in his native Virginia (USA). His current sound is the result of years of refining, reinventing, and exploring the abundance of electronic music tools. Akhunaton has arrived at "Chilled-out, mind expanding sound waves," as said by Musical Starstreams. The Jukebox plays a track from 2002 from the album "Uplift Drift". Mosaik is an artist from Stockholm, Sweden. His music could be described as ambient electronica with a genuine melodic touch. Via the postal we received an album from Emil Matko; he started Strom Noir in the beginning of 2007. We experienced the album 'Luvyoo' as a welcome treatment: super ambient, just take the time to switch that knob inside your head, don't think but breathe in and out, the two tracks we play on this show really have that captured mood: "Nothing Really Happens" feels like the earth stands still and we're watching ourselves from a distance. In the middle of London, just before what would be the announcement of the Tube Strike. Arrival London last Sunday June7th late afternoon, walking to the hotel via Kings Cross. Hotel fine but room not ok, enormous continuous loud noise in the pipes of the bathroom made it impossible to get some sleep! Earlier that night kindly for another room, did not get it because the hotel was 'full'. Later that night changed our tone a bit and insisted on getting another room, and so another room was available all of sudden. Rest of the week, perfectly fine in this bigger and most of all - quiet - room without extra costs. Super!The WiFi sucked but luckily there was BTopenzone. Up the hill we arrived in Islington. Special place for special people; our meeting with David Leckenby @ the EnlightenNext headquarters. Started off with a 45 minutes meditation session which was very enjoyable and at the same time a rare and remarkable first meeting with someone we've only had contact with via e-mail untill that moment in time: D

Excuse me.... it's May31st and sometimes we simply malfunction on what day it is.... Let's have a cup now: Remastered edition of the Planet Boelex album "Little World" is available! We got the message some time ago and just had to put on a show featuring this fantaaastic re-release. The difference between this one and the older version? One could say it's a difference between day and night but let us put it into the right perspective here: The vocals by Lisa's Antenna are sounding much warmer and more subtle than before. The overall mix is a much better balance between high and low frequencies, the compression from before especially in the high range has gone... "Are You There" is now like she's sitting next to you, "Fall" has turned into a warm blanket.
