Beers And Laughs Podcast

Jacob and James return from post turkey eating contest to bring you the best sound quality ever in a podcast because they used... ready... two mics!    They only had two beers because they were drinking before hand.    James tells the story of the silver can in the trash bin in the bathroom.

Jacob ventures off to Kevin's house with Eddie. They sip some delicious Whiskey while they try some delish beers on a Monday night. They thank the troops on the eve of Veteran's Day as they eat Appie Pie post podcast.   Kevin introduces the new sub-podcast, Science with Kevin.  Eddie has his own mic so we could actually hear him. James returns from his trips.  Allison joins.  They discuss Guardians of the Galaxy, eating salad with your bare hands and TLC, the greatest female R&B group.  Also, what's the point of wearing a SARS mask if you take it off to text? Jacob stops by Third Street Studios for their best quality episode ever.  The quality of the production that is, the episode stunk.  Don't listen to it anyway, we don't want you.   See what we did there? Third Street Studios is owned by Mike Rendini.  Jacob and Mike got drunk on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed the quality of a studio for the podcast.  Jacob is obsessed with Drake and Mike ponders what life would be like if sneezes smelled like farts.  Beers: Arrogant Bastard Double Bastard Bog Iron One Down

Mike and Allison join Jacob for a very special Halloween episode.  They drink some scary beers and watch one of their favorite scary flicks. Allison hands out feet treats. And Jacob doesn't shut up during the movie. Beers were Ballast Point Dead Ringer, Ommagang Game of Thrones, and Green Flash Le Freak.

Jacob and James couldn't actually record a podcast together so they each did their own 30 minute episode to come up with this week's show for you. Jacob discussed whatever he was looking at as he was not sober for this episode.  Spending the day at home on the couch motivated him to tell some random stories. James was wanted dead or alive.  Preferrably alive.  So he gave us 30 minutes of him being alive and pondered what John Gruden would say.

Jacob and James are joined by Allison.  They enjoy New Hampshire beers from Allison and Jacob's recent trip to the state that lives free or dies. Jacob showed James in gifts.  One gift actually blew Jacob's mind... They discussed a lot of their favorite Bon Jovi songs, and other things we think.  Who knows. We will be finding out along with the listeners. 

Jacob is joined by Mike only.  They discuss Mitt Romney's dancing, Ludacris' album "Chicken and Beer" and how you can get halloween candy as an adult. Mike discusses his recent trip to Vermont where he brought back some nifty gifties which supplied 90% of the beer for the podcast.  Switchback Brewing and Rock Art Brewing join a beer from Coronado to make this episode.

Live down the cape with about 10 people popping in and out of the podcast.  They try Mike's invention pickles & oreos while he talks about his favorite appliance, the Auto Blow 2.   Allison and Talita were on again but bailed for the hot tub.    Eddie, Bob and Mike all joined in the second half.  This was a record for amount of reoccuring guests.   They played Greatest and Favorite. And drank tons of beers.   Including, the famous Heady Topper.

So we got a little too buzzed at the bar and hanging out back at the place before recording.  We had to drink waters for our health. Have you ever eaten Eggos while playing with Legos? Do kids play with Legos? We debated the punching ourselves in the head. Or and we had steriod water.  

The big four are back together for their quarterly podcast. They were bombarded with surprise advertising last minute.   A whole range of beer came together on this lovely day. Even a test sample, not yet released Long Trail.  We know people. Enjoy!

Allison and a new guest, Mike Rendini, joined for a few beers on a Tuesday.  Allison tells the story about getting her first dick pic and wishing it was an Elephant Seal's instead of a man's.    Jacob has a mini interview with Mike Rendini, who is a producer, writer and composure of music.  Mike has a great range of music that you should probably check out: Mike's Website.   Allison busts out a new game, "Would an Elephant Seal do this?".  They are strange creatures to say the least.   The game of "Who's the Douche" returns.     And lastyl, we had beers.  All based out of San Diego, from Allison's recent trip to the west coast. Jacob and James join for a two man cast.  They bang out a quick episode before heading off to trivia at Cagney's.  They end up playing a new game, Pro, Anti or Matisyahu. They debated the merits of water.  No one will ever turn you down if you ask for some water. If they do, just find a sink. James breaks down seeing The Offspring, Bad Religion and Pennywise at the House of Blues.  Jacob also went to a concert.  He saw Horse the Band. Farewell to trivia at Cagney's.

Kevin joins the podcast for the first time to tackle important issues with Jacob and Allison. The youth is in a downfall and the Guys touch on the problems they face.  A little family feud game is played. Allison opens up about her up bringing with pastrami.   

Jacob and James debunk the myth that the guys are sexiest.  Despite recent internet and neighborhood complaints that the guys are sexiest, the take the time in this episode to prove you wrong.

Rob stops by to drop some knowledge early on before Mike can remind him that we haven't talked about dicks in 10 minutes.  Jess doesn't like hoppy beers but chugs them anyway and Allison discusses her potential restaurant, Buffalo Allison's.  Besides the insanity that took place, the beer was unbelievable.  They were blessed with the Baxter Tarnation, Lagunitas Imperial Red, Pretty Things Collaberation Naparbier and the Boulevard Love Child #4.   A couple of games were played. We brought back Family Fued and introduced a new game.  Which band's lyrics are these?   Don't forget to be on the look out for Buffalo Allison's and the new proposed item on the menu (thanks Rob!). 

In this episode, Jacob and James take time out to appreciate one of the best musical artists of all time, Bon Jovi. We lived on a prayer and were wanted dead or alive. It's our lives, it's now or never. This was sort of a tribute to Tico Torres.
