God has chosen to use His church. He has designed the church to be one of the most powerful ways and means to bring hope and help to humanity. If that is the case, then the church is important. Whether you are in the church or chosen to walk away from it, this message is a challenge and encouragement for us to rethink the church and our place in it.

We live in a world with a lot of fear and anxiety about the future. If we have hope for heaven, we really have nothing to fear.

There is no doubt that we are living in a rapidly changing world. Do the changes point to a soon return of Christ? Listen to this message on Luke 21 and see what Christ had to say about it.

This is a take on the Lord's last supper that may not be that usual. It is interesting that He chose to do this with his disciples gathered around Him. If Jesus wanted to, he could have certainly eaten alone. It is an example to us of the importance of our relationship within the body of Christ and the fact that we are meant to do life together.

The parable Jesus gives in Luke 16:1-13 opens our eyes to practical issues in our lives. In facing the immediate future, problems and challenges in this life and our eternal well-being Jesus has answers.

Jesus didn't play it safe. In his love and concern for people who were "tax collectors and sinners" He risked having his own reputation sullied by being with them. Although he wasn't endorsing wrong doing, he certainly wanted them to know He loved them. A good example for all.

A message on what it costs to be a follower of Jesus.

Jesus raised the expectations of the disciples about the fact that he would rise on the 3rd day after He was crucified and died. The problem is, they either forgot or didn't believe. In today's message, we are challenged to believe. Believe in Jesus, believe His promises and if we have been defeated, believe that He will help you get back up.

When Jesus told his disciples to go untie a colt and bring it to him, it was just a small part of a larger story. We never know what God is up to when the Holy Spirit prompts us, leads or directs us. We never know what the collateral blessings we are about to experience or create for others. Listen to the Holy Spirits promptings it opens the doors for collateral blessings.
