This week, Daniel Hicks, shares his family's story of adoption.

This week, Rob shares his and Denise's adoption story of their two daughters. Their journey of infertility and adoption shaped much of their relationships with God. They also reflect on Elizabeth's birth story that you find in the beginning of the book of Luke. In all of this, there is an encouragement to wait on the Lord, or to depend on the Lord, because He is dependable.

This week, Matt Johnston shared Brooke and his birth story of their daughter, Ruth, and through it, he reflects on the truth that God is WITH us, Emmanuel.

This week, we had Rohan Thompson join us. At NMC, we support 7 church plants and pastors and Rohan is the lead pastor of Deeper Church in Dallas, GA. Rohan encouraged everyone to be faithful. If God calls us to something, He has called us to be faithful to it, not necessarily successful or perfect at it. While the outcomes are unknown, our calling to be faithful is clear.

We’re excited to welcome guest teacher Paul Richardson to share with us this weekend. Paul has a powerful and inspiring message about what it means to live for the glory we were created for. He’ll remind us that while all glory belongs to God, He also created us to carry His glory in a way that brings purpose and fulfillment to our lives. Through Scripture, Paul will challenge us to look at how our desire for affirmation, beauty, and greatness can only truly be satisfied when we align ourselves with the One who made us.

We've all been in seasons of uncertainty, lack of control, or fear of the future. What does the Bible say about this, and how do followers of Jesus walk through this? In this message, we use Ecclesiastes 3:10-14 to explore these answers.

The election season can incite excitement in some and fear in others. In a time where we could become increasingly divided as a country, the Lord is calling us to remain UNDIVIDED as the Church. Katherine Wolf, from Hope Heals, joined us at our Women's Gathering Fall 2024. She taught us that God works in the darkness and has treasures for us even in seasons of suffering.

September 2023 marks the 25th anniversary of North Metro Church. In 1998, a group of people felt compelled to start a new thing, and those founding members had no idea what God would do over the next 25 years. The Lord has been so kind to North Metro Church, and over the course of this 25th year, we're looking back on stories of all that God has done. Listen along with us!
