With our feet shod with the preparation of the good news of peace, and our heart protected by knowing that we are the righteousness of God and walking in the light...the next step is to renew our mind! Understanding that our brain is a phenomenally well designed physical 'computer', and our mind should tell the computer what to do, highlights an area that needs attention: what images, concepts, sounds and messages do we allow our 'hard drive' to store? Do the patterns of this world affect our mind? Probably...if we're honest, the answer is yes. As ever, there's a personal challenge included in this talk, which has the power to mature a body of people and to begin the process of renewing the mind.

The beginning of walking in the spirit is responding to every word and nudge of the Holy Spirit in our lives. The imparted righteousness that is planted within us when give our lives to Jesus Christ, is one part of the story. The other part is walking in righteousness...walking in the light...walking in the spirit. Neville Johnson introduces Andy Tiplady to speak in the 6th session of the conference, and he gives a great round up of the heart of God for His people here and now to arise and shine, and to carry the tangible presence of God to the nations.

A great and powerful outpouring of the spirit of God is coming. It's really important we don't live in the permissive will of God any longer but in the perfect will of God. Sowing and reaping is going to happen in one generation. There will be great darkness, but great light too. The righteous shall shine forth. It's really important we develop spiritual awareness, and learn quickly to become sensitive to the Holy Spirit. The pathway to maturity begins with spiritual awareness. Jesus could only do what he saw the Father doing...so we too need to see what Jesus is doing, and follow suit. Anyone who fires an arrow that isn't perfectly straight or highly polished, will know that the arrow will go off course and be carried by the wind. Jesus had a mission, he was hidden in the quiver until the time came, during which time he was perfectly 'straightened' and 'polished'. It's important we get our character in line with the word of God so the little things don't catch us out to prevent us from fulfilling our calling

There's going to be a generation that will overcome the last enemy. In the midst of all that's happening in the world of great darkness, there's going to be a people that won't die. Listen and allow your mind to be stretched beyond the typical understanding of Biblical truths. God's making us overcomers, as we will have something to overcome! Why is it that bad things happen to good people? Neville shares from personal experience.

How easy it is for Christians to judge each other, and uncover truths, which may be correct, but it's not 'right' to do so. David murders a man, commits adultery, he should be stoned according to the Old Testament law. But God looks at him and stops from stoning him, because God saw David's heart. God doesn't look at what you do, He looks at why you do it. We don't see things the way God sees them...let's learn to have the heart of the Father.

The role of the seraphims and cherubims will have a great impact on the church. It's important to have an awareness of what God is going to do amongst His people. God wants to make such profound changes in us so Jesus Christ can be seen in us for the world to see. Being conformed to the image of Jesus is what it's all about - that we become LIKE him. We can't do that in our own strength, only God can do it - but we need to want it.

Neville was invited to speak in Sheffield at Bushfire Basecamp, and what a feast we all had! God's going to do something that's way beyond the paradigm in which we're living. God's going to do a new thing, we have to be careful to not judge and reject what God's going to do! Enjoy as you listen.
