Numbers 12:7-10 "My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses? And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed. Bro. John led the adult Sunday School class one by one through the 12 Apostles. The first chosen was Andrew. Though often in the shadows- he led many to Jesus!!

Here is another lesson as we study through Philippians... so much to learn from this book in teaching us how to live with joy through this life of trials.

We have HOPE! The Bible says that Charity... "Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things." We have HOPE in our Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour!

This message was from August 2019- the Sunday after our first daughter's wedding. It's been a wonderful experience to see God work in not only our life but through the next generation as well. And trusting that as we continue to follow His ways, He will continue to lead and direct future generations.

This Sunday School lesson is an introduction to the 12 apostles. Who were they? What were the requirements? What did they do? In following lessons- we will learn about them each one by one.

"Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:...So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him;" Genesis 12:1-4

Due to our nation's 15 Days to Slow the Spread, we have canceled our live gatherings at Heritage Baptist Church. This week Pastor Paul gives us a message on facing our uncertain future in FAITH, as we trust God and follow Him day by day! Just like Esther and the people of God during their difficult times and circumstance, we can by faith trust in God's leading through our difficult times as the world faces this COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Please be praying for each other, our leaders, our country, the world, and all who are infected by this virus, as well as the day to day struggles many are facing.

Contentment comes through our being grateful and thankful. We will never be content while also being unthankful.

Deuteronomy 13:4 “Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.”

Sin will not take hold of you- unless you take hold of sin. Keep your heart and eyes on Jesus! Long before we reach out to sin- we are thinking about it, looking upon it, and lusting after it.
